In his role, Allert-Jan focuses on improving work processes, updating the knowledge base and managing the Service Desk team. In between, he likes to answer the phone to solve customer problems. Even in his free time, Allert-Jan regularly fiddles with his computer, but also gaming and his girlfriend get enough attention.
Allert-Jan actually sometimes leaves his computer, for example for fitness! He has always played football, and continues to like it.
