Project Management

For the Dutch market GOconnectIT employs project managers who are familiar with complex issues in the underground infrastructure. They coordinate the process cables & pipes from beginning to end and are inter alia involved in:

• Defining the interfaces;
• The preparation of diversion plans;
• Requests for adjustment and project correspondences;
• Coordinating the preparation and implementation of the deflections;
• Preparing the final specifications after the deflection.

The project leaders play a central role among cable and pipeline operators, executive contractor, client and licensors. With the aim of timely deflections and at the lowest possible social cost.
